Fly Free Run and Wellness
Fitness Trainer and Run Coach

About Me

Hi, I’m Tami. I’m a trail runner, coach, fitness trainer, mom of three, and wife. I’ve learned a lot about strength through some really hard seasons.

My passion for fitness and running started in 2016, a few years after being diagnosed with Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia and Interstitial Cystitis. Instead of letting chronic pain define me, I turned to movement. Running became my outlet, my therapy, and a way to prove to myself that I could still do hard things, even when life hurts.

Since then, I’ve worked my way up to longer distances, including running up to 75 miles. I’ve trained for races from 5Ks to 100 mile distances. The trails are where I feel most at home. That’s where I’ve built a lot of my strength, both physically and mentally.

As a coach, I create flexible, personalized training that works with your body and your life. Living with chronic illness has taught me how to adjust without losing progress, and I bring that into the way I coach. I believe every journey is different, and your plan should be too.

Whether you’re going after your first finish line, trying to stay consistent, or working toward a bigger goal, I’m here to support you. And if running isn’t your thing, I also offer fitness plans to help you feel stronger and healthier in your body.

Anyone can start. You just have to be willing to take that first step.
